Matthew did such an incredible job selling our home in less than 3 weeks! He is extremely trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and the area. Matthew made sure to pull many comps in my area and go over each property to clearly compare them to my own and come to a fair and great price that I am extremely happy with. He was very communicative every step of the way and answered all of the many, many questions I had surrounding the entire process thoroughly and promptly. He set up call times each week to go over current status and next steps, and was always happy to answer my one off calls, texts, or emails any time they arose. I moved out of state before listing my home for sale and Matthew was vital to that process. He went above and beyond working with contractors and services on final touches around the property on my behalf. Traveling multiple hours to be there in person each time. He even quickly shipped my mail to me that had gotten delivered to the property on accident! Matt was exceptionally helpful and communicative throughout the entire process.
